ApprovalMGR helps organisations gain control over bill and invoice approvals in Xero. Submit a transaction for approval and ApprovalMGR automatically sends it through your organisation’s custom multi-step approval workflow, ensuring every decision, comment, and timestamp is captured along the way.
Approvers can review and action requests from their phone or desktop, while updates are synchronised back to Xero automatically in real time. Organisations can also choose to have ApprovalMGR attach a PDF audit trail to completed transactions, providing additional audit transparency.
