SimplePay is online payroll software that simply works. We provide payroll solutions for companies operating in South Africa, Ireland, Singapore, and Hong Kong. We keep you compliant with all your country’s relevant legislation, now and in the future. Suitable for any business size or industry, SimplePay is a complete payroll solution, from payslips to reports to filing and, of course, Xero integration to keep track of payroll costs. You can also allow your employees to use SimplePay self-service to view their payslips and to request and view their leave days.
Country specifics - We go to great lengths to ensure that we are up to date with the specific payroll and filing requirements for each of the regions that we service.
South Africa - We assist our South African clients by generating IRP5s, EMP201s, and EMP501s to simplify the process of submitting to SARS.
Ireland - We interact directly with Revenue to automatically load your employees’ tax information and to help you report your payroll in real time under the new PAYE Modernisation system.
Singapore - We are approved to integrate directly with IRAS for filing. We support IRAS and CPF Board submissions as well as provide GIRO export functionality.
Hong Kong - For our Hong Kong clients we calculate MPF contributions for both the employer and employee. We provide functionality for generating MPF remittance statements as well as for exporting IR56B data for submission to IRD.
SimplePay + Xero
SimplePay's Xero integration allows you to post your payroll data straight to Xero with the click of a button. You have the option to post via journal or bill. You are also able to split your accounting information by cost centers / departments, giving you greater insight into your payroll expenses.
