Productive + Xero

Integrating Xero with Productive allows you to send invoices from Productive to your Xero account. When configuring the integration, you can also enable additional features to keep your financial data in sync between both platforms:

Invoice payment synchronization

When you mark an invoice as paid in Xero (including partial payments or tranches), the status can automatically be updated in Productive. Find out more about it here. ​

Send expenses to Xero

Send budget expenses from Productive to Xero to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting. ​

Expense payment synchronization

When an expense is marked as paid in Xero, it can also be marked as paid in Productive.

Seamless integration

I use Xero for the actual sending of invoices (although I might move this to Productive at some point), so being able to create the invoices in Productive with the benefit of it never invoicing the same logged time twice, and then copying the invoice to Xero, is a great time saver. The fact it matches up the clients between systems is an added benefit. Great work!

Love this integration

Being able to directly send Invoicing to Xero from Productive is awesome, saves me so much time. It is accurate and easy to use, finds the right customers intuitively. totally recommend it.
