Used to be a great product. Now ...

THEN - I have used Deputy since its inception. It was a Godsend, better than anything I had used. Incredible real time customer service with great solutions. Reasonable price structure, limited price fluctuation. When exporting timesheets to Deputy, will not export correct pay rate, even though it is recorded correctly in Xero / Deputy. NOW - Customer service? What's that? I gave up trying to have issues rectified. Customer service is very slow or non-existent. Subscription Price can vary from $500 per month to in excess of $1500 per month. If I could find another product that worked like Deputy when it first started, I would jump ship immediately. Until then I will put up with what used to be a great product. Disappointing!!!

Life changing!

Makes wage day a breeze, with so many employees in Deputy, approving and syncing the timesheets over to Xero to pay wages, is a winner for us!

Barely There

The sales import doesn't work at all, the leave import works fine. Importing users/staff is fine too. I would like to see better sync between users between Xero and Deputy, when they change their phone number it should update. At a basic level, it works fine. When you want better reports, it falls down.
