A few years back, Eric (Podium's Co-Founder and CEO) got a frustrated call from his dad. His dad’s tyre shop had plenty of happy customers, but only a handful of angry ones were leaving online reviews. So he built a product that made getting more reviews as easy as sending a text. As we set out to solve the same problem for local businesses everywhere, we realised that messaging with customers wasn’t just the better way to get reviews—it’s the better way to do business. We’ve since built a multi-product messaging platform that’s modernising the way business gets done locally.

Getting started
To get started and connect Podium to Xero, login into Podium and navigate to the Podium app marketplace located behind the plug in the top right of the product. Select "Marketplace" from the menu on the left of the screen and then scroll to find the Xero app and select it.
Read the instructions and then click "Connect" and you will be automated in minutes!
