Overview
ZapInventory is multichannel inventory management for any eCommerce seller. It comes with the end-to-end purchase, sales, shipping, and returns management. Using our proprietary ML algorithms, we recommend items that you should purchase, quantities, and predict sales. ZapERP Inventory + Xero
Using seamless login with the XERO button - ZapInventory connects with XERO. Once connected users can choose what data they want to sync between XERO and ZapInventory. e.g. if orders come from Shopify, then it is possible to add a prefix to that order and pass that to Xero or it can be passed as it is. ZapInventory can pass purchase, sales, and returns information including credit/debit notes, and gift card adjustments to Xero.
Getting started
Customers can log in to ZapInventory Inventory using XERO or if already logged in to the ZapInventory then they can go to the 'Apps' page then select the 'Accounting' and 'Xero' options. Once connected, you can change configurations such as what data you would like to sync between ZapInventory and XERO e.g. bills or invoices with a specific prefix.
