Data flows into Xero automatically (invoices, credit notes, manual journals) and out of it wherever the rest of the business needs it, alongside inventory (Cin7/DEAR), CRM (Salesforce), payroll (SimplePay, Payspace) and more. Xero fits neatly into the wider picture: accurate, always up to date, without anyone re-keying a thing.

Larasoft sits alongside Xero, keeping it fed with accurate, up-to-date information from the rest of your business, and putting Xero's data to work in ways manual reconciliation never could.
Two-way data sync
Information flows both ways between your other systems and Xero. Sales from your point-of-sale system, stock movements from your inventory platform, and time worked from payroll all land in Xero as invoices, credit notes and journals, without anyone typing them in twice. And where your team needs Xero data elsewhere (a live view of debtors on the shop floor, or job costs against a project system) it flows back out just as easily. Xero stays the trusted, up-to-date record, whichever direction the information started from.
Automation, not just syncing
Once Xero is connected, we don't stop at moving data across. We automate the decisions and actions that used to depend on someone noticing and remembering: a statement chased the moment an invoice goes overdue, a purchase order raised when stock in Xero-linked inventory runs low, a credit note issued the moment a return is logged elsewhere. Getting started with Larasoft
Setting up isn't something you do alone with a configuration screen. It's a short, guided process run by our team, alongside yours.
1. Start with a call
We talk through what you're running today: which systems you use alongside Xero, where the manual work and blind spots are, and what "good" looks like for your business. No commitment, no technical prep required on your side.
2. A pilot on your own data (or go straight in)
If you'd like to see it working before deciding, we run a pilot against your real business data, connecting Xero and the other systems you've named, so you can see the actual result rather than a demo. If you're ready to move straight to a full setup, that's fine too; you decide the pace.
3. We connect and build
Our team makes the connections to Xero and your other systems, and builds the reports, dashboards and workflows you asked for. This is done for you; nobody on your side needs to learn a builder or write a configuration file.
4. Dry run and review
Before anything goes live, we test it against your own data and walk you through the results. Automations are checked, not switched on blind; you see exactly what a workflow will do before it starts doing it.
5. Switch on, then support continues
Once you're happy, we turn it on. Support doesn't stop there: our fractional AI and automation team keeps working inside your business, adjusting workflows as things change, adding new systems as you grow, and making sure Xero and the rest of your stack stay in step.
