Waupay + Xero
Fully integrated with Xero utilising API Connections, WauPay allows finance teams to automate and control local and international payments, all while maintaining compliance, auditability, and ease of use. These API's provides the infrastructure for data synchronisation to ensure that WauPay data is updated with real time data.
With this kind of integration, it allows:
- Alignment between accounting software and treasury cloud solutions for the flow of reliable and accurate information.
- Automate the transfer of data between WauPay and Xero without the requirement for duplication of inputted data.
- Maintaining a structured and secured workflow for precision in execution.

- Write back of payment information to bills,

- Wauko will request and guide you during your FICA Onboarding Process.
- Master Service Agreement
- When FICA approved, you will conclude the signing of the Master Service Agreement.
- Subscribed
- Wauko to provision your WauPay account and configure your secure business profile.
- Connect Your Xero Instance
- Whether you have an existing Xero environment or are starting fresh, WauPay securely synchronises your suppliers, bank accounts, and bills.
- Assign Roles & Set Controls
- Add Admins, Controllers, and Approvers. Define approval thresholds and user roles to match your internal controls.
- Sync & Review
- Import data from Xero, verify beneficiary bank details, and prepare bills for individual or batch payments.
- Approve & Process Payments
- Once reviewed and approved, payments are submitted to your bank through WauTreasury. WauPay handles the email notifications and write back information into XERO.
