Zigaflow + Xero
Zigaflow allows you to push sales invoices, purchase invoices, and purchase orders into Xero. It will automatically add new clients and suppliers into Xero, and you can choose to automatically update records in Xero by making changes in Zigaflow.
We have the ability to update invoice records in Zigaflow when payments have been allocated in the bank feed within Xero.
Getting started
Step 1: Connect your Xero account to Zigaflow
N.B. This step creates a "digital handshake" between the two systems - no data is passed either way at this stage
- Log in to your Zigaflow account here
- Click on the Cog Icon
- Integration Settings
- Connect
- Follow the on-screen prompts
Step 2: Import your Tax Codes and Account Codes
N.B. This step allows you to replicate the Tax Code and Account code structure from your Xero account in Zigaflow
- Log in to your Zigaflow account here
- Click on Configure
- Accounting
- Select "Tax Codes" or "Account Codes" from the left-hand menu
- Click on the "Import Tax Codes" or "Import Account Codes" buttons
- Select the Tax Codes or Account Codes you wish to import
