Dext wont refund

We have a few people working for us, a mistake was made, an old employee set up the dext account. Be use an email was missed - dext refuses to refund a full years subscription paid in advance. They say to bad according to their terms and conditions. To me it’s rediculous that a software company can’t refund at least 90% of a subscription when we have asked to cancel it

I'm glad they brought back ORANGE to the Australian team!

I’ve used Receipt Bank / Dext Prepare in my practice for over a decade. Using a smart OCR optical character recognition solution to process bills and receipts, and push the details into my accounting solution is a no-brainer. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for complete, accurate, timely records; this is an essential tool for their tech stack. I like that we can define the contacts' default details, as this has enhanced accuracy. I find the layout easy to navigate. I regularly use the app and have the 'Dext Secret Email' set up on my printer and inbox rules to push all source documents into Dext hands-free! I'm glad they brought back ORANGE to the Australian team!

Great product, terrible pricing

The product is effective and reliable. However, huge price increases for little to no additional benefit do mean that I constantly follow the progress of the competitor products with a view to changing provider.
