My old process was a Word document, with text highlighted for manual personalization, and cloud signatures obtained via Adobe Sign. Obviously, while this wasn't excessively time-consuming, it was prone to error/omission and actually did take unnecessarily long. I received friendly, helpful support onboarding in Ignition, and I appreciate that the subscription comes with standard T&Cs that align with CPB Canada's, as well as out-of-the-box base services that align with best practices and recommendations within the industry - but also with excellent customization options. Ignition also seems receptive to feedback based on my user experience; eg, I have raised the suggestion to allow for a more automated change order process. I look forward to seeing how Ignition evolves in the future! While I am still in my first year and in process of onboarding clients as their contracts come up, I feel confident recommending Ignition to other practices, both small (like me) and large!

This app is a must for professional services firms. While we see the best value for recurring invoices/SLAs/FPAs/retainers, it's also good for one off jobs. The direct debit feature also removes the need to chase payments.
