We have been using Ignition for a few years now and in that time we have seen a lot of enhancements and updates.....for the better i'd say. Ignition is our practice default when onboarding new clients for both the ease of setting up monthly recurring billing, bill on completion and instant billing and generating letters of engagement all in one relatively intuitive process. After reaping the benefits of using Ignition for new clients we are now moving as many existing clients as we can onto Ignition so we can manage their monthly payments and letters of engagement renewals more effectively and efficiently than ever before. However, Ignition may not yet suite every business as we don't live and work in an ideal world just yet so you may need to do a few work arounds to make Ignition work for you........having said that, Ignition is improving all of the time so stick with it. Despite previous reviews of bad support, I can honestly say that I have never experienced below parr help support from any of the guys on the team, we do have a time zone issue sometimes which may delay responses but there is nothing anyone can do about that. Thanks Ignition, keep up the good work!
