My money didn’t appear for two weeks now.
I got paid from a client two weeks ago and until now I still didn’t receive the money. Whats going on stripe?

Be carefull Xero charges you not the client
Horrible service, Noticed over $800 missing from invoices as Xero has processing fees charged to business and not pased to client and no way to pass it on. Honeslty a money rip service

You should look elsewhere.
Xero should really consider dropping this business. Difficult to work with and ended up having problems when a client who wanted a refund disputed the charge instead. What should have been simple, turned into a big deal.

Good product but they take a huge cut
They have a good product with good integrations, but the fees are a killer. Transaction fees, on top of credit card processing fees, on top of currency conversion fees.

What the hell!
We connected Stripe through Xero so clients could pay us easily, but since making the switch, we haven’t received any funds. Stripe claims payouts can take up to 5 business days, but we’re still waiting on payments dating back to May 28. At this point, we’re missing nearly a month’s worth of payments—totalling up to $10,000—which is a huge concern for our small business.
To make matters worse, there’s no clear way to contact Stripe for support or to get answers. The lack of transparency and accessible customer service has been extremely frustrating. We urgently need help resolving this issue and recovering our funds.
