Powered Now + Xero
Together, Powered Now and Xero works together to create an easy to use solution. Jobs are captured in Powered Now, allocated to staff in the diary and stored as easy to use projects. Information syncs between users and you can even see where your staff are.
Invoices and financials entered into Powered Now are automatically synced to Xero to avoid double entry of data. This means that your back office function can use Xero while staff on the road can focus on their jobs and tasks, the financials just happen in the background. Contacts, sales & supplier invoices, expenses are automatically sent to Xero. Payments syncs between the two.
Connecting to Xero from Powered Now is simple. In Powered Now, click on the cog (top right hand of the screen on any version), then choose Tax and Accounting | Accounting integrations, then click the cog opposite “Xero”.
Finally, click “Enable Xero for accounting” and then “Connect to Xero”. You then log in to Xero from the pop up and allow Powered Now to access Xero. The button “Connect to Xero” changes to “Disconnect from Xero” after the connection has been established so you can disconnect at any time.
