Overview
Ruddr is the simplest and most cost-effective Professional Services Automation product in the world. Ruddr helps you manage clients, projects, pipeline, budgets, tasks, resource allocations, time, expenses, utilization, invoices, revenue, gross margin, forecasts, and Key Performance Indicators.
Ruddr + Xero
Publish and send invoices Publish invoices and automatically sync them to Xero. Easily email invoices to clients and optionally attach files such as an hours detail report or expense receipts.
Record invoice payments As payments are received from clients, simply record them in either Xero or Ruddr and both apps will be synchronized.
Issue credit notes If you need to credit a portion or all of an invoice, simply create a credit note in Ruddr and publish it to Xero.
Getting started
Integrating Xero with Ruddr provides numerous benefits as outlined in the https://help.ruddr.io/hc/en-us/articles/17805281548567-Xero-Integration-Overview article. To install the Xero integration, simply follow the steps described in that article. Note that you must be a Ruddr Workspace Admin to install integrations in Ruddr.
Step 1: Prepare your Data
Before you install the Xero integration, you should prepare your data in Xero and Ruddr.
Step 2: Find the Xero Integration
To get to the integrations area of Ruddr, simply click on the Settings main nav bar option and then select the Integrations tab.
Step 3: Connect the Integration
Once you click on the Install button, if you are already logged in to Xero you will be taken to an authorization screen. If you aren't logged in to Xero, you will be asked to login first. The authorization screen explains the type of information and actions that will be made available to Ruddr through the integration.
Step 4: Automated Mappings
Once you connect the integration to Xero, Ruddr will automatically attempt to map correlated data.
