Fishbowl Manufacturing and Warehouse + Xero

Fishbowl can both import and export a variety of accounting data to and from Xero’s online accounting platform. You can instantly add inventory to Fishbowl from Xero via CSV file, and create new general ledger accounts in Xero from Fishbowl. Fishbowl keeps track of changes to inventory quantities while alerting Xero to make corresponding accounting adjustments to inventory asset, cost of goods sold, and income. Payments, accounts payable, contacts, inventory adjustments, and manufacturing adjustments are all properly recorded and accounted for in both solutions when they are integrated, so there is never a discrepancy between them.

Fishbowl is a great inventory and bill of materials software and works really well with Xero. The Fishbowl support team are quick, friendly and efficient in responding to questions and concerns. Fishbowl is easy to use once set up and we would definitely recommend the software.

Fishbowl is a great inventory & bill of materials software and works well with Xero. As mentioned above, it takes quite a bit of time and expertise to set up, particularly if you have complex BOMs like we do that are multi level and have lots of option groups. Being a custom caravan manufacturer, not one caravan is the same and we've been able to set up Fishbowl to handle the complexity of our products. The Fishbowl support team is great to deal with and quickly respond to inquiries which is very important to us. We are also using Fishbowl GO which is a great tool and has had a tremendous impact on our business because it's so simple to use and saves us time and money with inventory control. Overall, we are happy with Fishbowl and highly recommend.

Fishbowl Manufacturing is a powerful yet simple to use MRP offering good integration with Xero. It manages inventory and complex BOM's very well and has excellent plug in support Highly Recommend !
