Excellent Cloud debtor management system

Xero’s Kolleno is a blessing for SMEs. Having a small company comes with many manual processes that are error-prone as our people get more responsibilities with more growth. To grow more effectively, we tried this extension on Xero. It automated processes of credit control! We receive many payments much faster with Kolleno’s templated emailing sequences. Our accountants no longer dread lengthy spreadsheets and use Kolleno, which structures everything for us. When sending an invoice to a client, it’s as easy as clicking the pre-made draft, choosing the relevant invoice from a popup list, and then clicking send. There is even an option to set up automated sequences to the level where a child could manage control with great success. It’s genius!

Excellent Perfomance

Thank you, Kolleno for helping with account receivables! Life saver!

We've been using Kolleno for several months and have seen a significant improvement in our ageing reports and days sales outstanding. Kolleno extension is suggesting the actions for faster B2B invoice repayment, advises on a tone of voice and even proposes a template that can be used depending on the life cycle of the invoice. The greatest benefit we have seen is the reduction of the manual tasks the finance team had to process, as everything is aggregated on a single platform, and you do not need to worry about going through spreadsheets. Also, very happy with their customer success team, who are very responsive and ready to assist whenever we have a question. Moreover, their team is proactive in advising us on how we can use the platform to maximise its benefit, and what strategies to implement for better collections.
