Synced combines the latest in Ai, with expense management workflows that are designed for real world businesses.

Ensure you business expenses are always accounted for with easy document upload or submission straight within your Gmail & Outlook. Our tech processes these expenses and syncs it directly with your Xero account.

However we understand that processing your bills is just one piece of the puzzle. Synced provides a live view of all unpaid bills from Xero and allows users to schedule these bills for payment.

Additionally, payment files can be generated using the supplier payment details saved in Synced, dramatically reducing the time spent paying your suppliers.

A Must-Have Tool for Accountants on Xero!

As an accountant, Synced has been invaluable for managing client finances seamlessly. It automates invoice processing by pulling bills directly from my clients’ emails and syncing them effortlessly with Xero. This automation has saved me hours of manual data entry and keeps everything accurate and up-to-date in real time. My clients benefit from clearer expense tracking, and I can focus more on advising rather than admin work. Synced is a fantastic addition to any accountant’s toolkit on Xero!

Synced has saved me 20 hours a month – a total game-changer!

I can't say enough about how much Synced has streamlined my work! As soon as a bill hits my Gmail, Synced automatically processes it and seamlessly syncs everything over to Xero. It used to take hours every week to manually handle bill entries and reconciliations, but now, it's done with just a few clicks. I've literally saved 20 hours a month, which I can now use to focus on growing my business. If you're looking to cut down on admin time and boost efficiency, I highly recommend Synced!

Synced has streamlined how I manage expenses on my construction jobs. Submitting supplier invoices takes seconds and the real-time visibility of what I owe make it an indispensable tool. 5-stars!
