Projectworks has been an absolute game changer!! The onboarding process was a breeze with the team working hard to make sure the data transfer was accurate (we had a few work arounds in our previous system). We now have a system that is easy to use and with so much more functionality and efficiency. The online help center is great when you are wanting to try something new or need a refresher. The support team are great and open to feedback and ideas. I feel like they actually want to work with their clients to create a great Project Management tool which can be seen with the regular updates and Beta functions.

The interface is intuitive and easy to learn. The management team have greatly appreciated how simple and easy it is to resource staff and forecast the projects. We recently joined ProjectWorks, and is still exploring the functions of the software. We find PW is easy to use, and their supports are quick and effective. The invoice function is great from preparation, approval to issue, saving us some time compared to our old tool.
