    Orders can be easily receipted on the mobile app, with invoices emailed into Zahara and automatically read and recognised, matching against any outstanding orders. Zahara is the closest thing to hands-free processing of supplier invoices you will find, together with all of the workflow capability to automatically export invoices into Xero once they are approved. You can even use it with Receipt Bank or other similar systems that deliver invoice into Draft.

    Zahara + Xero

    Zahara syncs with Xero vendors, account codes and tracking categories. Purchase orders are created in Zahara with purchase invoice exported into Xero. Zahara allows you to control supplier and only record them in Xero when an invoice is created for the first time.

    We love Zahara at 4D Pharma! It is simple and easy to use by all departments and at all management levels whilst ensuring the company is compliant with financial controls. It is perfect for purchase order and invoice management and is valued by managers because they have greater visibility of their department's spend. Invoices are easily matched with POs and exported to Xero via a Xero link which is an absolute dream (no more CSV files to map and import). Authorisation couldn't be easier - with all the details you need to authorise a purchase order or invoice sent to you via email. If you are a Xero user this bit of software is nothing less than brilliant and feels like just an extension of Xero.
