Tidyflow + Xero
Tidyflow connects to Xero with a secure OAuth 2.0 connection per workspace, managed from Account > Integrations. Tokens refresh automatically, and the connected organisation and its status are always visible.
Import clients from Xero
Bring your existing Xero contacts into Tidyflow as fully set-up clients - no retyping, no CSV wrangling. Pick exactly which contacts to import.
Send invoices to Xero
Create invoices in Tidyflow from tracked time or fixed fees and sync them to Xero in one click, with line items, account codes, and tax rates mapped correctly. If the client does not exist in Xero yet, Tidyflow creates the contact automatically.
Payments flow back automatically
When a payment is recorded against a synced invoice in Xero, Tidyflow picks it up via webhooks and a scheduled sync and marks the invoice paid - so your WIP and receivables views stay accurate without manual reconciliation.

Getting started
You can be up and running with Tidyflow and Xero in a few minutes:
- Start your trial. Click Get this app and sign up with your Xero login - the 14-day free trial starts immediately, no credit card required to explore.
- Connect your Xero organisation. In Tidyflow, go to Account > Integrations and click Connect to Xero, then approve the connection.
- Import your clients. Choose the Xero contacts you want to bring across; they become fully set-up Tidyflow clients.
- Import tax rates and revenue accounts. In Billing Settings, pull in your Xero tax rates and account codes so invoices are coded correctly from day one.
- Set up your jobs. Create job templates for your recurring work (BAS, VAT returns, year-end accounts, payroll) and let Tidyflow schedule them automatically.
- Invoice and sync. Turn tracked time or fixed fees into invoices and send them to Xero in one click. Payments recorded in Xero flow back automatically.
