Paidnice has been a great asset to our receivables process. The automations make my job so much easier as we are a small business and don't always have spare time. Paidnice has been so straightforward to set up and where I've had questions, their support has been terrific!

Wow, I mean, it's always nice when a product actually does what it says but when it's also really user friendly and intuitive that's marvellous. When you have a question and you get a one-on-one video call with one of the team (in my country) within the same day and they are incredibly knowledgeable AND invite you to a new function that's in user testing and very helpful to your business...well, I'd give Paidnice 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend and very worth the reasonable price of investment.

We spent a lot of time reviewing solutions to manage AR more effectively, including trials of numerous options. Paidnice was the best fit for us. Their team are super responsive, and the ability to live chat about a quick question with someone who completely understands the product and how it fits into different business scenarios is fantastic. There were a couple of features or tweaks we felt were missing or not as expected; a quick feature request, the team reviewed it, decided they agreed with it being in there, and it was in the product within a couple of days. I've rarely had that level of engagement and response with any of the many software vendors we use. Most importantly, our overdue receivables are reducing already, we no longer have to manually send monthly statements or overdue follow-ups, and requests for us to re-send statements or invoices has reduced, because customers can now get up to date information themselves. I wish this product was available years ago - it would have saved us a lot of time. It sounds cliche to say 'if I could rate it more than five stars I would', but in this instance it certainly applies.

My experience with Paidnice has been great so far. It is simple and straight to the point. Helps us stay organized with outstanding invoices. Managing the customers' has also been easier thanks to their help. The team is also great at answering any questions and helping navigate the site.

The integration is simple and straightforward, and the program performs as promised. This is the best option I have found for automating late fees and interest charges!
