OnPay + Xero
When you connect OnPay to your Xero account, it’s easy to handle payroll — and keep the books looking good. Expenses sync automatically to your GL each time you run payroll. With customizable line-item mapping, you can sync every detail the way you want to see it in your Xero account.
Getting started
Once you’ve set up OnPay, it just takes a few minutes to get synced:
1. Log in to OnPay.
2. Under Settings , choose Payroll Integrations , then Accounting.
3. Click Connect to Xero , and enter your Xero credentials.
4. Click Refresh Accounts to pull in your Xero chart of accounts.
5. Choose to sync automatically, or set up custom account mapping.
6. Live happily ever after!
OnPay data will sync with Xero each time you run payroll.
