I've worked in the finance function of a business that migrated away from Xero to an ERP and in the finance function of a business that continued to grow with Xero and in my current role we have quickly scaled to 4 entities and become a regulated business and we intend to use xero for as long as possible. My mission is to find ways for us continue to scale with Xero. Intercompany is a critical gap in Xero's suite. That is until we found Mayday. All three of their products have been invaluable for us and their speed of growth has supported our own. Intercompany balance sheet recs were a painful, time-consuming, tedium of switching between Xero files, downloading and manually matching transactions. Balancer is incredible. It saves so much of the worst type of work and gives high credibility to the numbers. In setting up our US entity we originally used the UK entity's bank account to pay all US entity expenses. BRAG is incredible. Such a time saver and a prevention against one-sided transactions to an intercompany account, and we go can do it as we go as supposed to saving up work for month end. As we've matured into putting a Transfer Pricing Policy and formal recharging policy in place, Recharger has come into its own. So intuitive and powerful. It saves so much time. The best thing is it auto-posts, so I can manage it all from one place. I Love Mayday as a product and the people behind it. It enables me to scale with Xero and kick contemplation of moving to an ERP well into the long grass. I love Xero. I love Mayday. It's as simple as that. This is THE must-have app for any multi-entity Xero-using business. It's the perfect combination. ​ Mayday is so well conceived. So well executed. You can just tell how much hard work has gone into thinking about and catering to all of the complexities of keeping intercompanies in balance and running recharges. ​ Recharging is one of those processes that it's easy to automate badly. But Mayday has done an incredible job. Their product caters to our needs so well. ​ Brilliant value for money, and a brilliant, helpful team behind it. They've been so helpful in enabling us to get the most out of their fantastic product suite.

The intra-entity charges are a game changer for single entities. It removes all manual (boring) calculations at end of month, saving time to spend on more valuable services. Love it!

Here is why: - Super easy set up and connection to Xero. - The "Balancer" Intercoy loans connections are fast set up and see if there are errors to fix. - The "Recharger" function is amazing for moving revenue and expenses across Xero files. It even does the calculations for you. - And being able to reconcile one payment to bills in other Xero files in the bank rec is so cool. It automates the functions that cost you so much time as a finance person trying to ensure your books are accurate. Worth every penny.
