Excellent Software
Pure bliss. It simply works perfectly. Similar systems are clunky and difficult to use but, not Dext. It saves hours of time entering transactions to the accounts software and really is, from my experience, a pleasure to use.

Dext is so easy to use!
Dext has made putting invoices onto Xero a dream. Its so quick and intuitive, it picks up duplications in no time making sure that when you publish, it doesn't add the same invoice twice. Its made life so much easier!

Dext makes life easier!
Highly recommend: Dext is used in conjunction with Xero. Dext does not allow duplication of invoices, attaches a copy of the invoice within Xero so this is easy to find if needed. As Dext extracts all the information and the more you use it, it remembers certain nominal codes to use. I wouldn't be without it!

Brilliant that you’re already seeing the AI learning your coding over time. If you haven’t tried it yet, the Dext Chrome extension can make things even quicker by letting you view supplier coding, upload documents, and match receipts during reconciliation without switching between Dext and Xero.

Dext is so easy to use!
Dext is so easy to use! It ensures that no invoices are duplicated, all information is inputted correctly and lets you set up rules for certain invoices. Highly recommend Dext is used in conjunction with Xero.

It’s good to see you’re already using supplier rules and benefiting from clean, non-duplicated data flowing into Xero. Over time, the AI will take this even further by recognising patterns automatically.
If you haven’t explored them yet, features like approvals, payments, and secure document storage (Vault) can also help bring everything into one place.

Dext is a simple tool to use, the supplier send the invoices to the Dext email then all you have to do is log in to accept the invoice, if its a duplicate it will ask if you still want to accept or delete
Very easy to use and also for any reason the supplier doens`nt have the facility to email invoices you just take a picture on the dext app on your mobile and it downloads it for you to accept

Great to hear email submission is working well for you and your suppliers, it really helps keep things simple when invoices flow straight in for review. WhatsApp capture is a handy option if they don’t have the app, and if you’re using Xero, the Dext extension can help you move between Dext and Xero without switching tabs.
