Keeps getting better
Has provided workflow management around document approval that has an intuitive interface. There are a few rough edges, but not enough to take off a star.

Great way to track approvals
The programme integrates well with Xero, However, if your approvers don't go into ApprovalMax every day to approve bills, they get held up and you obviously can't see them in Xero until they get approved. This is a User issue though and not a software problem ; P

Thanks for sharing! If approvals are getting held up, you might find our new 'Nudge' feature useful – it's like a virtual tap on the shoulder to remind approvers. It's currently in Beta, so if you're interested in trying it out, just contact support via the app.

Great for some but not for all
We have a client with a lot of steps so would love it if Approval Max could link to sales too
Its fab for general approvals :)

Seamless & Simple
Works just how you'd want. It fits nicely into our very simple AP workflow with Xero ... and I've also used it with more complex rules based authorisations and it works just as expected. Thanks!

User-friendly interface. Easy set-up for new approvers, and syncs perfectly with Xero, making invoice approvals smooth and audit-ready.
