Add services or change pricing with a single click. All changes are immediately communicated, keeping clients and your team aligned with accurate, up-to-date records. - Keep Xero in sync
Push new client records to Xero or match them to existing contacts, and auto-sync invoices, payments, refunds, and payouts—making end-of-month reconciliation a breeze without manual exports or imports.

Anchor + Xero
Anchor connects directly into your Xero account via API. Once connected:
- Invoice sync – Every invoice issued in Anchor is created in Xero in real time.
- Payment sync – When a client pays an Anchor invoice, the payment is automatically applied to the matching Xero invoice.
- Payout sync – Anchor posts the corresponding Receive Money transaction in Xero so you can reconcile with a single click.
- Refund sync – Anchor generates a credit note and cash refund in Xero, accurately reflecting the refund in both your clearing account and bank balance.
- Client sync – New contacts created in Anchor are pushed to Xero-or matched to existing records-to prevent duplicates.

Follow these steps to connect Anchor to your Xero organization:
- Get Anchor
Click Get this app in the Xero App Store. - Create or connect your account
Log in to Anchor and grant Anchor access to your Xero organization. - Configure your Xero mappings
Map your bank, expense, and clearing accounts, then link each Anchor contact and service to the matching Xero customer or item— so Anchor records transactions in the right places. - Sit back and relax
Watch your invoices, payments and payouts automatically sync to Anchor.

Having an integration between Anchor and Xero is such a time saver. All our invoices and payments from Anchor post automatically to Xero without issue. It's a huge time-saver to have the proposal, invoicing and payment processing living in one system and with the integration into Xero, our practice billing process is so easy.
