High fees and disgruntled customers

The fees are insane. As a customer, I booked a training course for some staff members and chose the institution's pay online option. Whilst it does say 1.7% fee + $0.30 transaction charge, it does not spell out anywhere to the customer how much this is going to be so I was pretty shocked when my bank statement showed an additional $18 booked off that was nowhere on the invoice. The institute said they were unable to display this fee in $ on their invoices or platform, and I was not the only customer who called to complain. I have never been slugged with such a high transaction charge without it having been disclosed in actual $ and which I would not have incurred if I had called and asked for an invoice and done direct transfer instead. If the only way I can pay somewhere is with Stripe I will absolutely walk away because it's a rip-off.

I should call it a scam

Everything is well settled, we are just not receiving the funds. The customer paid on 27.11.2024 and their service charge is too high to use for long run.

Xero Lacking

Online payments functionality in Xero is severely lacking compared to competitors like MYOB.

horrible experience

called cust support 3 x to change the acct my payments flow into....they wrote back saying the problem was fixed(it wasnt) then they closed the case...time to move to square

NO, NO, NO

Funds not available into my account for 7 days after customer has paid. Taking to much % off each invoice! The moment my money is in my account (still waiting) ill be cancelling the subscription immediately.
