New PO and Bill automation
This new product is really efficient. it pulls out the data accurately and is easy to add/amend details as needed. The best Accounts Payable automation tool I've tried so far!
would be awesome to be able to 'copy' a purchase order to a bill without waiting for it to be approved as this would enable both of these processes to be completed in one step increasing efficiency.

Thanks for the 5 stars, Melanie! POs need to be approved first to avoid mismatches or spend sneaking through without the green light. It keeps the process tidy and the finance team sleeping well at night.

Great product and helped strengthen governance
Great product, API links straight to Xero. Made life so much easier for finance team as previously we were manually chasing for approvals on email. Approvalmax has definitely strengthened governance and control on costs within the business. Also pricing is really reasonable and ROI is second to none

Purchase Invoice and Contract approval
Very good. It really sorted out our issues with getting invoices approved efficiently with an out-sourced finance team and mostly contracted technical teams.

Simplicity
I've been using this app with Xero and it works really well. Setup was quick, and it makes my daily tasks much easier. It syncs smoothly and helps me stay on top of everything. Highly recommended!
