We’ve had a great experience using Connecteam. It has streamlined the way we manage employee timesheets and has greatly improved our record-keeping and payroll processes. The Xero integration has been especially useful, making payroll more accurate and efficient by eliminating manual data entry. Overall, Connecteam has been a reliable and user-friendly tool for our team.

Connecteam doesn't link up to xero besides doing pays, not the most user friendly, you cant do different tabs and have to click a lot to get into where you need to go. could have been built to make it easier to navigate and input information. Lots of questions we asked in training we got the response of "it can't do that" so not really worth it if you are looking to get it to speak with Xero. I don't recommend it. Even with clock in and out it, I have it set to round to the closest 15 mins but it never automatically does so lots of manual work we have to do to use this. Job board is messy and as an admin the phone app is useless I cant see what everyone does.

Love this app. I have a small business and it allows me to connect to my team in multiple ways and allows them to connect with each other easily. Love the Knowledge Base and Tasks functions for sharing info and for getting jobs done that are needed. I also use the Forms function for my food safety record keeping - fast and simple recording of the info I need. The connection to Xero is easy and makes payroll a breeze

I’ve trialed several software solutions and fully expected Connecteam to have its pitfalls—but I’m yet to find them. This platform has resolved 80% of our operational challenges and streamlined our on-the-ground processes significantly. We've gone from using six different daily programs to a single, all-in-one solution. The forms, rostering, time clock, and team chat functions are outstanding—highly customizable, intuitive, and adaptable to our needs. What I love most is the flexibility: if something seems confusing for the team, I can easily tweak it for better clarity or even hide certain features for specific groups. This beats just telling the team to ignore it. Their HR tools are also a huge asset. While we haven’t fully integrated them yet, they’re part of our future business plan for training and rewards programs. Knowing they’re available gives us confidence in our long-term scalability. Simply put, this is the best platform of its kind. It’s incredibly well-designed for small businesses looking to scale, and the support team is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Connecteam is fantastic for staff management and with the Xero integration this has saved me so much time processing payroll. It cuts out a lot of paper work and fiddly spreadsheets too!
