Full integration with Xero makes invoicing a breeze.
It's easy to get invoices from MyTrucking into Xero. All required job information is captured automatically by MyTrucking as the job is being carried out, then with a click of a button all invoices are pushed through to Xero with meaningful descriptions.

Getting started

At the top of this page, click ‘Get this app’ (blue button) to start your free trial with MyTrucking. No credit card details are required. It only takes a few minutes to set up.

Follow the login and set up prompts to create your MyTrucking account. Select Xero as your accounting system.

Once you start your free trial, you then get full access to all MyTrucking’s features for up to 14 days, the way any of our customers would (this includes our MyTrucking web software, driver app and 24/7 support).

If, after the 14 day free trial, you decide you want to become a customer, we’ll simply send you a new customer confirmation form to complete. All your job information is retained in your account, so you’re ready to go!

If you choose not to become a customer after the trial, the trial simply ends. You won’t be locked into any subscriptions.
When you first setup your MyTrucking account all your clients, products and vehicles are synced with the Xero account, so no double entering. Any new clients entered into MyTrucking are automatically created in Xero moving forward.
You can also sync your Tracking and GL codes. Once a job has been completed, customers can seamlessly send the job to Xero as a draft invoice.
