Overview
Generate accurate and compliant unaudited or audited accounts for a broad range of entity types, including Sole Trader, Partnerships, Limited Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships, Charities, Farms, Academies, Pension Schemes, Doctors, Group consolidations and CICs.
Limited Company options include FRS 105, FRS 102 inc. section 1a, FRS 101 and IFRS.
Through IRIS connector, you have the ability to import from leading cloud solutions and Microsoft Excel.
Our interactive reports allow you to make changes to the accounts directly from the preview.
Where relevant, completing workflows with prepopulated iXBRL tagging in readiness to submit a wide range of accounts to Companies House and HMRC.
IRIS Accounts Production + Xero
Simply import trial balances into the posting screen within Accounts Production. No need to manually create a CVS file from Xero to import. A ready made import map converts the Xero account codes into the IRIS equivalent. Discrepancies are highlighted before importing, including any unrecognised account codes. Any changes to the import map are retained for future years.
Further imports into the same account period will only bring in the differences and not re import the complete trial balance.
Optionally, if you want to pull in monthly or quarterly figures, this can be done to prepare management accounts before the year end accounts are ready
Getting started
To connect to your clients from the toolbar:
- Select Setup | Practice Options.
- Click Bookkeeping...then select Xero.
- Enter your practices Xero email address and password.
To connect your clients within Accounts Production to the corresponding client in Xero:
- Select View Client.
- Click the magnifying glass in the Link to Bookkeeping field.
- Click the magnifying glass in the Xero field, as long as Xero credentials have been entered it should log into Xero.
- Click the Select an organisation drop-down to see a list of clients that can be linked.
- Select a client on this list and click Allow access.
You will now be ready to import the trial balance through the posting screen.
