Best Decision to Move

Supportive & Easy to use

Supportive and on the Mark
RosterElf has everything a business needs to get started and maintain their payroll. Their staff are supportive and able to guide you into the right direction.

Slow to make changes, one big string along
After years of being told an API is weeks away, today we’ve decided to pull the pin and move into another platform. Has been a waste of our time waiting / finding work arounds after being told by them the API is still at least months away.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. While Roster Elf does have an API, it is not public. As we frequently update our software to improve it, the API may be impacted if you attempt to connect without documentation. Although a public API is not currently on our priority list, we encourage you to check out our development priorities on our feature board.

An excellent Rostering system
We switched to RosterElf and are so pleased we did. Their integration with Xero is faultless. Rostering and payroll consistently runs smoothly now.
