The Ascora Xero integration is the most comprehensive you will find. We handle Customers, Suppliers, AR and AP Invoices, Customer Payments and Payroll!
Customer invoices and Supplier Bills both push across to Xero. If you edit a Customer Invoice or Void it in Ascora we'll also update Xero for you accordingly.
Payments can be taken in the field with Ascora with tap to pay or paid online by the customer or via the office and we'll push these to Xero. Alternatively any Payments that are created in Xero - for example via the Bank Feed - are pulled down into Ascora.
You can also use Tracking Categories against your Ascora teams to push to Xero.

Ascora + Xero
Invoices created in Ascora will be automatically (and almost immediately) created in Xero.

- Creating an Invoice in Ascora will create the Invoice as well as the related Customer and any Payment details.
- Your Mobile Staff can Invoice without the need to access Xero.

Getting started
Login to Ascora and go to "Administration" then "Accounts Integration", select the accounting package from the dropdown then follow the prompts.
