The Budget Planner produces budgets exactly the same way I have been building budgets for many years from within Excel, with a Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow all interlinked, as well as looking at projected collection times for debtors and payment times for suppliers, factoring in VAT automatically etc, with the great added benefit of comparisons happening in real time (as long as the cloud accounting is all up to date) as opposed to once a month when producing management accounts. There has never been such a great tool as CAFÉ available for the small business to have accurate and fully up to date information, when used alongside Xero, making it more cost effective for small business owners to outsource their finance function to a trained professional giving them more time to focus on growing the top line, than to try and do it themselves, and this doesn’t factor in the value placed on peace of mind and having time to spend with the family.

CaFE is a great cash flow management product. CaFE has truly saved my time because all I need to know about 9 businesses comes up in one view. Especially hidden risks are alerted without my operation in advance. To use CaFE effectively, Xero is used by them all even some of them registered in Belgium are using Xero for management purpose, not accounting reports purpose. CaFE is absolutely my virtual assistant telling me about my cash health every morning.
