Once connected, Vinyl syncs your clients, contacts, and groups from XPM into your Vinyl account. This sync happens automatically each night, keeping your data up to date without manual effort. When you schedule a meeting with someone listed in XPM, Vinyl detects the calendar match and links the meeting to that client in your practice database.
After the meeting ends, Vinyl generates a full AI-powered summary, transcript, and key discussion points. These are then filed back into XPM against the relevant client as a time-stamped note (Coming soon), including a direct link back to the full meeting recording inside Vinyl.
