Sage Earth + Xero
By connecting your Xero account to Sage Earth, you give us read-only access to your expenditure data. We then use this data, alongside UK government datasets, to calculate a carbon footprint for each piece of expenditure. By combining this data with extra information on business activities, we are able to calculate a total carbon footprint that uses the Greenhouse Gas Protocol methodology.
Getting started
To get started, simply create an account with Sage Earth and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your Xero account. This will give us read-only access to your payment data, which we can then use to calculate your carbon footprint.
Once you have done this, we will synchronise your Xero data with Sage Earth in near real-time, to ensure we are giving you the most up-to-date picture of your carbon footprint.
