Workhorse Implementation with Xero link

At the same time as moving from Sage to Xero, we implemented Workhorse for sales order processing and invoicing (including EDI and Xero integration), purchase order processing, and stock control. From the outset, Workhorse were very professional and took us through a well-structured implementation programme that ensured we covered all aspects of the project. Their lead consultant was helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly demonstrated how versatile the system could be. As we firmed up on processes, the consultant was able to tailor the appearance and outputs from the system to look like our own, offered suggestions for improvements, and improved the end-user experience considerably. After a period of testing, we went live on schedule, and the consultant helped us overcome those challenges that only occur in a live environment. We are indebted to Workhorse, to their consultant and support team, for completing this project and integration with Xero and EDI successfully, on time and on budget.

Excellent customisation & support

We deployed Workhorse after a 3 month implementation that involved quite a bit of customisation to our specific requirements, including managing serial numbers, RMAs and subscriptions. We are delighted with the outcome. It’s user-friendly and has helped reduce a lot of our reporting and stock/order management admin. It integrates with Xero and our e-commerce platform. We are now able to produce reports in just a few clicks due to their help in creating reports that are bespoke to our business. The support we had going through the implementation stage was excellent and we’re even more impressed that the ongoing support has been just as responsive. Whilst we inevitably had a couple of teething issues with such a major project, they are very quick to respond to queries and make adjustments where required. We were able to import our historic subscriptions, and process new orders smoothly from day 1. Bespoke additions are no issue for them and are good value. Highly recommended.

Excellent product and support

The implementation team quickly understood our business and the technical bespoke requirements we had. The flexibility of the software allowed us to create a well suited interface, together with behind the scenes processes that now save us an enormous amount of time. Technical support for any bugs and further integration requests is outstanding. Workhorse is a great product backed up by a great team.
