We are a New Zealand based hire company and moved to Viberent 18 months ago. prior we were managing our rentals via Excell adn then loading individually into XERO at the end of month. This process took hours and often mistakes from late nights in the office. Once our contracts were loaded into Viberent our EOM invoicing for ongoing hires takes less than 5 minutes. Invoices are bulk loaded and posted to XERO and then returned to Viberent to post. We also use Viberent to manage our inventory levels. The training and back up support is outstanding. Replies are fast via email and phone calls are answered. The NZ AUS time zone is also a bonus as evening queries are addressed with a 2 - 3 hour time difference.
