I had some issues integrating shopify to Xero and had made a few errors in the process. My customer support assistant Ria Cases was absolutely a life saver. She talked me through everything that we needed to do and also explained along the way the reason why it was good to do it this way. She also showed me examples to help me understand it better. Going forward I do believe the process is going to be super easy and straight forward. Most importantly she rectified the places I had made mistakes to help run the process better.

I had a fantastic experience with Hani and Julius. They were both so friendly and knowledgeable and answered my (many!) questions patiently and respectfully. After several zooms and a lot of time put in from Julius including fixing four months of transactions the integration is now working as expected.
