For each connected Xero organization, Pinvo.ai reads the unreconciled bank feeds and initiates document collection requests via email to the organization's contacts. Users can upload missing documents directly through a link provided in the email.

Step 2: Select Your Organization
Once logged in, you'll be directed to the dashboard. Select the Xero organization you wish to connect with Pinvo.ai.
Step 3: Explore the Dashboard
The dashboard is your control center. From here, you can: View all connected organizations. Check their connection status. Add new organizations from your Xero account.
Step 4: Automatic Document Collection
Pinvo.ai will read unreconciled bank feeds from the connected Xero organization and initiate automated document collection processes via email.
Step 5: Synchronization and Data Management
Upload missing documents through the provided email link, and Pinvo.ai will automatically sync this information with your Xero account. Pinvo.ai's AI will then assist accountants match documents, allocate categories and tax rates, and prepare data for final review.
Step 6: User Review
Double confirm all the details, and the software will export the confirmed transactions into Xero.
