Create your Tofu account, set up a new organization, and add a new entity.

Connect Xero to your chosen entity and grant permission. Tofu will sync securely with your organization.

Add your invoice sources—Dropbox, SharePoint, Google Drive, or direct uploads.

Run your first batch. Tofu extracts invoice data, prepares clean bills for review, and automatically creates a new invoice in Xero.

Review with centering-mode UI. Verify highlighted fields and approve in one click.
