WorkXFlow Planner + Xero
The WorkXFlow Planner application integrates with Xero Practice Manager to plan the jobs and tasks in your XPM instance.
The integration connects to your XPM instance via the secure Xero authentication. The integration consists of a three step process of downsynching the Clients, Staff, Jobs and Tasks. Once the plan is created in WorkXFlow Planner, the updated Job and Task information is upsynched back to XPM. The updated information includes task allocations, start and end dates, notes and priorities.
Getting started
The steps to register are:
- From the registration page enter the registrants email address and comply to the 2FA for WorkXFlow. 2. After 2FA verification enter a unique password.
- WorkXFlow will re-direct to a practice setup page.
- Fill in the appropriate practice details.
- Connect to the XPM instance and enter your XPM credentials via the XERO authentication.
- Select the XPM instance to connect to.
