Doesn't do what it promises

Also about to ditch it - very disappointing and feel that the marketing video's are misleading. After getting a consultant we're still no more advanced.

Frustrating, and about to ditch it!

The way this system is going, I'm about to pull the pin. I have taken over a company, and can't transfer a lot of things from the previous company to the new company system because the export functions aren't there. For instance I can't export categories, templates, and other critical things that are going to allow continuity with my business. How hard is it to handle more than 500 records at a time when importing? Apart from splitting the files, copying the header row to every file and then painstakingly importing 13 files at a time, there is no other method.

Mobile App PO's

It is a real pain that a PO can not be raised against a job on the mobile app.

Terrible Support

Support times are ridiculous and beyond a joke. Cannot get anyone to assist.

Purchase orders

Can you do purchase orders to suppliers for the jobs and also link the purchase orders to the supplier invoices. It will be best to have a requisitioning process and approval a well

terrible customer service

The app itself is great to use , as soon as someone gets any problems , your screwed , ive sent 4 emails with my problems and nothing in return , this is effecting me sending quotes out no and inturn my buisness , THIS IS NOT ON , UPGRADE THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM
