Terrible, DO NOT USE!
A customer entered wrong pin and payment failed, Stripe decided to put our account as a high risk level account because they think we are dealing with "unauthorised money", after submitting all the requested supporting documents they decided to close our account still but won't let you explain nothing except the robot generated emails. They lock up all the payments including those correct ones, neither pay to us nor refund to the customer, massive out of pocket cost to the business.

It's okay
Makes taking payments simple but I'm yet to find a way to offset the exact charge to the customer which makes reconciling painful to say the least

Best payment app
we have been using this app for about a month now and its been great, fees are the same as our bank but our customers are paying on the day of the invoice or when they see it and payments are linked in xero, Reconciliating the invoices and payments is a breeze and I love how you can see the fees along side the payment on our bank statements.
This is one of the best apps.

Bogus Fraudulent Scamster payment processors Avoid at all costs.
Bogus Fraudulent Scamsters holding out funds neither refunding customer nor u can refund as account is put on Hold indefinitely. Keeps on changing statements why they are put on hold. If a stupid stripe paid employee comes through i can post their changing reasons publicly. This stripe needs public shamming and boycott

I've used stripe for four years for two businesses. Out of the blue Stripe decided I was money-laundering through one business, despite the business bank account being the same from the day it was opened and stripe making thousands of euros of payment. Hours of communication and sending them all the relevant documentation plus tracking numbers for sent merchandise, and they reversed that decision only to re-reverse it and inform me they were refunding customers (who already have the merchandise in their hands). I am now in the process of closing both Stripe accounts as this is unacceptable.
