We've been using ScaleXP for about a month now, to calculate both our deferred revenue and prepayments. The tool and the automated schedules and journal entries that it is able to generate has already saved us several hours of valuable time during a busy month-end. It's also really useful to be able to see the breakdown of customer balances each month so we can easily identify lost/new customers.

I'm still getting to grips with ScaleXP but what I've seen is really impressive, it's made our deferred income calculations much easier, given visibility over core metrics like Active Customer Number and Revenue for New customers in month (adjusted to accruals basis), and should do most of our consolidation also. It is a relatively young piece of software and there have been a few small bugs, but all have been satisfactorily resolved (including my user error...) What I've been REALLY impressed has been the design and support, as an experience FD I like things ordered in a certain way, and ScaleXP has obviously had everything designed with me in mind; reports are clean and easy to filter / manipulate as needed, even exports are nicely formatted for use without adjusting tons. Where I have found issues with usability, the CS team have been incredibly responsive and sorted me out in no time. Strongly recommend the product, and the support!

It is really a simple tool to use and makes life really easy when working on prepayments and deferred income. The reporting dashboard is really informative for clients and can easily be customised.
