Getting started
Click ‘Get App’ at the top of this page to begin. This will direct you to Rvvup to start kick off the process for opening your account with Rvvup.
Next, apply for your free Rvvup account and we’ll help you with the sign-up process. Once approved, you’ll be ready to configure your payment settings and start accepting payments.
Then, connect Rvvup to Xero from your Rvvup dashboard. This ensures seamless payment processing, automatic invoice updates, and real-time reconciliation within Xero.
In the Rvvup dashboard, set up your preferred payment options—Cards, Pay by Bank, Apple Pay, and Google Pay—and control which methods appear based on invoice to optimise conversion and manage costs. You can also brand your payment links with your logo and imagery to provide a professional and seamless checkout experience.
Once set up, Rvvup will automatically add a payment button to your Xero invoices, directing customers to a secure payment page. Payments are received directly into your bank account and automatically reconciled within Xero, saving you time and reducing manual effort.
