The Lopay - Xero integration runs automatically every day at 2AM, syncing the previous day’s data from Lopay into your connected Xero organisation.

Here is exactly what gets created in Xero: •  Sales invoice (Accounts Receivable): Your card sales for the day, broken down by tax rate or by product line depending on your Lopay POS settings. Tips are included as a separate line item. •  Fees bill (Accounts Payable): A bill showing the Lopay processing fees you were charged, broken down by fee type. •  Payout bank transfers: One bank transfer per payout received from Lopay, reflected against your mapped bank account in Xero. Payout sync can be toggled off if you manage multiple bank accounts manually. •  Business Funding repayment bill: If you have an active Lopay cash advance, repayments are recorded as an Accounts Payable bill. •  Reward card spend draft bill: Transactions made with your Lopay Reward Card are created as draft bills, allowing you to categorise them against the correct accounts before authorising. •  Refund credit notes: Refunds are submitted as unpaid, unauthorised credit notes so you can correctly assign the applicable tax treatment before finalising. •  Setup and account mapping: After connecting via Xero OAuth2, you map each Lopay data type (Sales, Fees, Tips, Payouts, Cash Advance) to an account in your Xero chart of accounts. Sales, Fees and Tax mappings are required before sync can be enabled. You also map each Lopay tax type to a Xero Tax Type. •  Backdated sync: You can select a historical start date (going back no further than your Xero financial year start) to sync past data when first connecting. •  Supported Xero plans: Ultimate, Grow, Comprehensive and Trial (up to 30 days). Ignite plan is not supported.
