We've switched to HedgeFlows from (Transfer)Wise for international payment runs, and we haven't looked back. Transition was quick and painless, and the support the team has provided was excellent. They reply quickly, are super helpful in terms of giving us a bit of additional training, and have been receptive to our feedback. The tool has good workflow mechanisms that allowed us to build a process where another employee prepares and checks the payment run, and I only need to jump in at the final stage, limiting the amount of time I spend doing payments. The Xero integration works 99% flawlessly, taking care of reconciliations and again saving time. On the few occasions where things didn't fully add up, HF team supported us with quickly finding a resolution.

HF provides a great solution to FX payments around the world and creates time and cost efficiencies throughout the end-to-end payment and reconciliation process. Their support team is extremely responsive and very open to feedback on the product.
