Being a cloud based payroll platform meant that FreshPay was one of few providers when we were considering which Payroll Software to use. Having then researched further, and knowing that the team behind FreshPay actually work within payroll&accountancy teams it made complete sense that they would build in the pain points that are often missed. The API link sometimes drops out for processing the wage journals, I don't know whether that's a FP or Xero issue so can't judge the review on that. On the whole though, the wage journal link has been a massive time saver - not just for saving time on journals, but when preparing wage reconciliations when we know the data in Xero will be spot on.

We love using FreshPay. It's so simple to use, but well laid out and easy to get around. The help from the team is great too, they keep it personal and explain things so that even an idiot can follow along!

We made the move from Brightpay to Freshpay for all of our payroll bureau for the 24-25 tax year. We couldn't be happier with the move, its saved so much time and solved problems with journal postings. The support is second to none. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to automate/save time and looking to have a fully cloud payroll solution!
