I use A2X to integrate shopify sales into Xero and it's ideal with it's mapping codes and automapping tools. The support is also fantastic - quick response and go into detail not just fobbed off. They ran reconciliation reports and looked into transactions to confirm all working as should when Shopify introduced some unusual changes to the processes.
